1. Sit in the sun for 20 minutes a day as a natural source of Vitamin D.
2. Replace junk food with nutritious meals.
3. Exercise regularly.
4. Drink lots of water.
5. Get 7 – 8 hours of good quality sleep every night.
6. Take supplements especially Zinc and Vitamin C and Vitamin D in the winter months.
