Functional Movement Specialist, Clinical Nutritionist & Qualified Pilates Instructor

As a qualified Pilates Instructor, Functional Movement Specialist and Clinical Nutritionist, I have helped hundreds of clients get fitter and transform their health by using a tailored approach to suit each person.

Unlike many other nutritionists and fitness professionals, my story is not one of how I battled with weight loss or my relationship with food. My story involves dealing with serious injury, chronic pain, several digestive ailments and endometriosis. I was on and off different medications, none of which did me any favours and only aggravated my health issues. I constantly felt unwell and intuitively knew something wasn’t right. I needed a change.

I began looking into natural ways of healing, and after experiencing the incredible power of real food and movement as medicine, I decided to pursue a career in nutrition, fitness and Pilates. With better knowledge, I was able to nourish my body, address any nutritional deficiencies and food intolerances I had, improve my posture, recover from injury and get rid of chronic pain. My endometriosis symptoms improved, I started having more energy and no longer needed any medication. I got stronger, more confident and I felt better than ever!

Eating for nourishment, exercising, practising daily movement, and adopting a healthy lifestyle and positive mindset have significantly impacted my life in ways that I never imagined possible.
Following a career that I feel so strongly passionate about has allowed me to help clients improve their health just like I did with mine. My experiences, knowledge and practice have taught me to know my own body really well and to be completely in touch with my mental, emotional and physical sides. And that’s what I want to help you achieve on your journey to optimum health.
