We are a team of multi-functional natural practitioners with our main practice based in New Zealand, but because we operate completely remotely, we can provide a full range of functional pathology testing in several overseas countries.
Our aim is to provide professional, compassionate, personalised natural health and wellness care.
Along with our pathology testing, we offer an in-depth consultation process by either Zoom or phone as well as being able to supply high-quality practitioner-only supplements.

All tests that are password protected, will require an Initial Consultation with a functional medicine practitioner from Dr Kathleen & Team first.
All test kits recommended by any of our practitioners must be purchased via a script that will be sent to you from our office or you may order and pay for the kit directly from our website.
Some tests may be ordered in advance of consultation and are not password protected.
As part of our duty of care and practice policy, all test kits purchased from Dr Kathleen and Team must be interpreted by one of our practitioners via a consultation once results have been received.
We offer After Pay and Humm payment options via our website for all test kits purchases as well as consultations.
Test results can take up to 5 weeks to become available, as they are shipped and analysed overseas. We thank you for your patience.
Your functional naturopathic practitioner at Dr Kathleen & Team will interpret the results and discuss findings and recommendations as a follow-up one-hour consultation. A customised wellness program that will be specifically tailored to your needs is also provided at this time.
There is a 90-day return policy for test kits purchased through our website or via script emailed from our office and a $50 administration fee will apply. Please note that after 90 days from the purchase date, a refund is not able to be offered.
All test kit purchases are non-refundable if you have already sent your specimens.
