Most notably, CTGF proteins experienced an astounding decrease of up to 86% compared to the control group.

EGCG exhibits tremendous potential as a therapeutic strategy for uterine fibroids by inhibiting the expression of fibronectin and CTGF proteins. The study’s lead author, Md Soriful Islam, PhD, M.Sc., emphasises that EGCG supplements could be a convenient and natural approach to relieving symptoms and impeding fibroid growth.
